Alpha Zeta Soave (Vintage: 2016)
Crisp and light, this Spanish white has a slight peach and tropical fruit taste with bright citrus and fresh apple flavors, and leaves behind an almond finish. While it’s lovely with seafood, it’s perfect pair is pork. Cool off while taking a load off by coupling this wine with our Deli’s freshly-prepared, time-saving Chile Verde Shredded Pork.
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi (Vintage: 2016)
From the coastal clay soils along the Adriatic Sea comes this whimsical white, bearing almond, citrus and peach notes, grounded with a lingering minerality. Its light, fruity flavor is a great match for a fresh green salad or an ocean-sourced meal. Elk Cove Vineyards Pinot Gris (Vintage: 2016)
Light yet complex, this fruity and herbaceous white is grown in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Leading with sweet pear and melon, and balanced with tart lemon, notes of thyme and ginger linger on long after you sip. Clarendelle Bordeaux Blanc (Vintage: 2015)
This white wine from the famed region of Bordeaux is uncomplicated and light. It opens with peach and tropical fruit notes and has an herbaceous finish. Stone fruit, lime and floral notes make this light-bodied, refreshing dry white wine from New Zealand a great pairing for any seafood or salad dish.
