- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- Puree watermelon, lemon juice, water and sugar in a blender.
- Pour in popsicle mold. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or until frozen.
