- 4 cups vanilla bean ice cream
- 8 fresh figs, cut in half
- 4 tbsp. honey
- Heat grill to medium.
- Place figs cut side down on grill and cook for 4 minutes.
- Scoop ice cream into 4 small bowls; top with figs and drizzle with honey.
