Diestel Turkey Ranch
The Diestel family has a long tradition raising free-range turkeys in the Sierra Nevada foothills near Yosemite National Park. They give their turkeys plenty of open space, vegetarian food and time to grow so they become juicy and delicious. “Our turkeys are raised almost twice as long and with nearly three times as much space as conventional birds,” says Jason Diestel. “Which means they develop premium texture and flavor naturally.” Diestel Turkey Ranch is also committed to the health of the environment as well: They practice sustainable farming methods like composting and water recycling.
